More Secure

We prioritize the security of customer data. Your data is encrypted end-to-end using TLS with 256-bit ECDSA, and encrypted at rest using 256-bit AES. Furthermore, we encrypt your data at the field level before storing it in the database using AES. All keys are rotated at varying intervals and managed by KMS across multiple layers of security. Put it simply, we store your memes more securely than many banks protect your SSN, and we're not joking.

Flexible Per-Seat Pricing

We typically base our pricing on team size at a very low cost per user, but this app is different. Since we rely on third-party LLMs like OpenAI, we aim to provide the best possible service. Using per-seat pricing gives you flexibility; for instance, you might want 10 seats even if your team has 1,000 users. Seats can be reserved or allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You can adjust the number of seats at any time, either by contacting us or managing your subscription yourself.

Can I really trust this app?

This app was developed and is still maintained by Hussachai Puripunpinyo. You can view his (my) profile here. We have no interest in your data or personal information; our only focus is on building good apps for people. Correct me if I'm wrong, but we are the only Slack native app that encrypts data before storage. I can walk you through the architecture and explain how we keep your data secure. How do you calculate the price?

For a monthly subscription, we charge per active user per month. Only active, non-bot users are counted. The price is calculated and invoiced for the upcoming month accordingly.

For a yearly subscription, we charge per active user per year. The number of active users is determined at the time of purchase. If your team grows during the year, there will be no additional charges for extra users. The price will be recalculated at the time of renewal.

For per-seat pricing, the number of seats will remain the same unless you request a change.

When I click 'Get Started', why does it redirect me to bubbletea.cloud?

bubbletea.cloud is our server domain. Bubble Tea is another product from us—our bot framework that offers enterprise-grade encryption and other advanced features.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we do, and it's automatically activated upon installation. You can access the full set of features the trial period without needing to provide payment information. After the trial period, if you wish to continue using the service, you can purchase the subscription, and Stripe will handle the payment for us.

Scope	Reason
chat:write	Enables the bot to send messages as "@Elegant Chat" (itself), delete or update its own messages. This is a crucial capability that allows the bot to effectively communicate with users.
commands	Enables the bot to support slash command features. You can view all available commands in the bot's home tab, specifically in the "About" section.
users:read	Enables the bot to access user information, including user name, time zone, locale, avatar, and status. User information is not stored in our database, but it may be temporarily cached to enhance performance.
